Natalie Bruno is the President of ILD Coach, LLC. As a professional coach, Natalie focuses on fostering meaningful connections and personal growth. She specializes in emotional intelligence (EQ), family dynamics, strengthening relationships, and leadership development. With expertise in communication and team building, Natalie helps individuals and couples create stronger, more fulfilling bonds in both personal and professional settings. Natalie firmly believes that every individual already possesses everything they need within themselves to thrive. This conviction fuels her passion for helping hundreds unlock their potential and achieve meaningful personal and professional growth.

Natalie’s curiosity for human behavior leads her to embrace a continuous learning lifestyle – professionally and personally. Natalie participated in Thrive Mastermind, a business development group for entrepreneurs. She is certified in Positive Intelligence Training and Sandler Sales Training and has completed the Leadership Presence Coaching Program by Maxwell Consulting. Additionally, she participated in the Becoming Her Collective, a transformative program by Allie Casazza, to overcome limiting beliefs and foster better work-life balance.

Natalie leads a team of 20 professional coaches, serving clients across diverse industries nationwide. Through ILD’s proprietary communication model, Natalie and her team empower individuals to refine their interpersonal skills, strengthen relationships, enhance well-being, and create a fulfilling, purpose-driven life.

Doug Eberhart

President, CEO Eberhart Strategies

Doug started Eberhart Strategies because he is passionate about helping others achieve their goals. He recognizes that leaders aren’t born – they are developed. That each of us need a guiding hand to help overcome a challenge, build new skill sets, have a sounding board and help hold us accountable in a non-threatening manner. He credits his successes to the many people who poured into him and now he wants to repay their kindness by working with others.

Possessing more than 20 years in C suite jobs across numerous markets and cultures gives him the experience and knowledge to help others navigate their local community. Having mentored and coached numerous team members to achieve their next career advancements is an accomplishment he is extremely proud of.

Doug Eberhart is a recognized leader known for excellence in strategic management, community impact, marketing, branding, resource development and operations in the nonprofit sector.
